1. Selection of raw materials
It all begins with the selection of logs from certified national and international forests.
We carefully select each tree based on its characteristics, such as texture and color, ensuring they meet our quality and sustainability standards.
2. Trunk cutting, flat, rift or uncoiling
The selected logs undergo a precise cutting process using specialized saws and machines. Depending on the final design, we employ techniques such as rotary cutting, flat cutting or tangential cutting to highlight the wood's natural grain.
3. Guilloting and gluing process
Once the veneer is cut, it undergoes guilloting, gluing and stabilization in our factory. This step is crucial to eliminate moisture and stabilize the wood, ensuring its durability and strength under various conditions.
